Information collected automatically on our Site

Car Dealerships. We may share your personal information with our car dealership customers to assist them in making offers to you. This data is securely transmitted through our company’s database platform.

HOW WE USE ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE AND CHATBOT TECHNOLOGIES
The Company may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), including machine learning and natural language processing, in connection with our website and the Company’s social media pages. 
We may use chatbots and other generative AI features such as voice processing, backend logic, and natural language queries to assist users with inquiries and provide information about the Company and its services. While these chatbots are designed only to facilitate real-time engagement and provide basic and general information about the Company’s products and services, users should not use chatbot or other AI-generated services to ask questions that require professional knowledge and experience. Users should always verify with a Company associate any specific information obtained through AI before relying on it. Also, users should not enter sensitive personal information (such a social security number, other identification numbers, health or financial information) into a chatbot or similar feature. If users choose to enter such information into a chatbot or other similar feature, it will be processed differently than other information input. 
In addition to chatbot interactions, we use personal data and may share such data with third-party service providers to facilitate and personalize your experience with site features, tailored recommendations, and engagement features.
