How do I reset my password?
Contact your rep that set up your dealer to get your password changed.

How do I check someone in?
Navigate to the Checkin Tab, fill out all required fields, select the Check In button. 

How do I run a soft credit pull?
Navigate to the customer you want to run the pull for. Select "Request Credit Insight". Once an admin approves your credit check request then the credit check will run then display automatically in the customer info tab. 

How can I view a customers trade in value?
Select the customer you want to view, select the "Trade-in Value" dropdown. 

How can I view the customers vehicle info?
Select the customer you want to view, select the "Trade-in Info" dropdown.

What are the frameworks for?
The frameworks are there to encourage the sales person to speak to the customer about a specific topic to bring to the customers attention. For example a customer may have a lot of equity, or a high APR and the sales person may be able to offer a better deal due to the amount of equity in their vehicle or propose a new offer with a lower APR.

How do I check in a customer who already has an appointment? 
Navigate to the customer you would like to check in, click the green "Check In Customer" button on the customer tab.

What is the thin blue line on the side of each notification card?
The thin blue line indicates weather a user has read a notification or not. 

How do I get rid of all of my notifications? 
From the Home tab select the notification bell in the upper right hand corner, Select the red "X" on the right hand side of each customer card. 

What can I search customers by on the search page?
Users can search any customer associated with their dealership by first name, last name, vehicle make, or vehicle model.

Why isn't the license scanner working?
For best results lay down the customers license face down on a dark surface, turn on the flashlight built into the scanner and align the red scanning line with the barcode on the back of the license. 

I requested a credit check request and my admin approved it but the customer credit info will not display why is this happening? 
Customers must be checked in before any credit data will be displayed to their account.

App Crashes on Launch

  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

  • Restart your device and reopen the app.

  • Uninstall app then reinstall app as a last resort.
